Background

Knudsen Consulting is a managed service provider out of Irvine, California, led by Kenneth Knudsen. With over 16 years of experience in IT consulting, managed services, and cloud solutions, the firm assists businesses in implementing technology that is efficient, secure, and aligned with their operational goals.

For this project, one of their clients had a straightforward request: add background music to the office, set up paging through the phone system, and improve the space's overall sound. The client needed a practical background music sound system that would operate reliably without becoming another thing to manage.

The Solution

The recommended solution provided a way to handle music, paging, and office sound masking in one cohesive system by combining a ceiling speaker system, a rack-mount mixer amplifier with Bluetooth connectivity, and a white noise generator to improve the acoustic environment.

Installtion & Setup

The office music system installation was designed for quick deployment and minimal complexity. The compact C3 ceiling speakers allowed for quick, secure, and clean installation and flexible placement throughout the office.

Paging was easily integrated, and the centralized rack-mount mixer amplifier streamlined management, while Bluetooth connectivity enabled simple, high-quality music streaming from any connected device.

Sound masking was also added for the office using a plug-and-play white noise generator, providing consistent ambient coverage to help reduce distractions and improve speech privacy.

Overall, the installation process was efficient and hassle-free. No delays, no unnecessary complexity, just a system that was easy to implement and ready to perform.

Results

Background music plays clearly with consistent coverage, paging works across the office, the sound masking keeps things comfortable without anyone really noticing it's there, and the office paging system integrated seamlessly with their communication infrastructure.
