What is the benefit of the Contractor Rewards Program?

Once you are approved as a Contractor you will be eligible to earn and accrue Contractor Reward Points, which are then redeemable via a Coupon Code at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are a bonus to your shopping experience and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal Pure Resonance Audio Contractor.

How do I earn Contractor Reward Points?

As an approved Contractor, you will earn specified percentage back in Reward Points automatically with every qualifying purchase you make while signed in to your Pure Resonance Audio Customer Account.

How will I receive my Contractor Reward Points?

Contractor Reward Points will automatically be applied to your Pure Resonance Audio Customer Account within 24 hours after your purchase and your balance will be emailed to you.

What is the Contractor Reward Points exchange rate?

For every $1 spent with Pure Resonance Audio you’ll receive 1 Reward Point. Every 1 Reward Point is then equal to $0.01 towards a future purchase. You will receive 1% of the purchase price back in Rewards.

How do I redeem my Contractor Reward Points?

You can redeem your Contractor Reward Points at checkout with a provided Reward Point Coupon Code. If you have accumulated Points, to redeem them, go to your Pure Resonance Audio Customer Account and navigate to the Loyalty & Rewards section and click Redeem Points. Within the popup click Redeem, select how many Points you would like to use, and Apply Code. This will convert your Contractor Reward Points to a coupon code that will now be applied when you check out. The redeemable Reward Point Coupon Code is eligible to be used as a credit on future purchases from Pure Resonance Audio.

NOTE: The Loyalty & Rewards section will only be available within your Customer Account after you have been approved and set up as a Pure Resonance Audio Contractor.

Can I apply Contractor Reward Points to past purchases?

No, Contractor Reward Points can only be redeemed when payment is provided at the time the order is placed while logged into an approved Pure Resonance Audio contractors Customer Account. They cannot be applied retroactively.

How can I check my Contractor Reward Points balance?

You can view and manage your Contractor Reward Points through your Pure Resonance Audio Customer Account. From your account, navigate to the Loyalty & Rewards section, where you will be able to view your total points and a cumulative history of points acquired and redeemed.

Do my Contractor Reward Points expire?

Yes, Reward Points will expire in the order in which they were first earned. Contractor Reward Points expire 180 days (6 months) after issuance.

Why didn’t I receive Contractor Reward Points?

If your Contractor Reward Points are not applied to your Pure Resonance Audio Customer Account 24 hours after you make a qualifying purchase please email sales@pureresonanceaudio.com or give us a call at (866) 676-7804.

Terms and Conditions

The value of Pure Resonance Audio Contractor Reward Points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases. As a Pure Resonance Audio Contractor for every $1 you spend with Pure Resonance Audio you’ll receive 0.01 of a Reward Point or 1% of the purchase price. Each Contractor Reward Point earned may be redeemed for a nominal cash value of $1. The Contractor Reward Points exchange rate is subject to change.

Reward Points may not be used to pay for any services or fees, including taxes and shipping. Participants are responsible for taxes, shipping, handling and any other fees.

To participate in this Program customers must be an approved Contractor logged in to their Customer Account on the Pure Resonance Audio website, www.pureresonanceaudio.com.

Contractor Reward Points must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance. Reward Points with expire automatically after 180 days (6 months).

Contractor Reward Points or Reward Point Coupon Codes cannot be converted to cash, either directly or indirectly and may not be transferred or sold.

Purchases which are returned will result in the subtraction of the value of the Reward Points. The return value of merchandise purchased using Contractor Reward Points may also be subject to adjustment.

This Program is void where prohibited by law and Contractor Reward Points cannot be combined with any other offers.

Pure Resonance Audio reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any person who uses or is suspected of using, the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms And Conditions. All questions or disputes regarding this Program will be resolved by Pure Resonance Audio at their sole discretion.
